Quotations are furnished in response to your written request (E-mail, fax or mail).
Please furnish enough information for us to identify the exact part, i.e., manufacturer,
brand, part number, description, specs., etc. Quoted prices are FOB point of shipment
noted, unless otherwise specified.

Orders are accepted for our advertised products or from our furnished quotations.

Shipping & Handling:
We ship products by the most economical ground carrier available,
unless otherwise specified by the customer.
The shipping charge will be shown on our quotation.
All orders regardless of size or number of items have a $3.00 handling charge.


Liability:
The product that you purchase is based on the water parameters furnished by you,
the customer. We will accept your order for a specific model and/or configuration assuming
that the furnished parameters were measured accurately. This being the case, we do not
accept responsibility, implied or otherwise, that the specified system will solve your specific
problem or enable other problem(s).

Warranty:
All products shall be free of defects when received. Contact us immediately if there is any
problem with the product received. Do not return a product for any reason without contacting
us for an RMA number. We will assign you an RMA number and/or furnish instructions on
how to get the problem resolved. Product warranties furnished with the product will vary by
manufacturer, therefore each situation will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Specific
manufacturers' warranties provided upon request.


Incorrect Product Received:
Notify us within three days upon receipt of an incorrect product. If it was our mistake, we will
assign you an RMA number and instructions on returning the product. We will pay return
freight and shipping charges for the correct product. If you ordered an incorrect product,
see Returning Merchandise below.

Damaged in Shipment
Water Doctor is not responsible for damage or loss to a shipment by a freight carrier.
Inspect shipment for damage before acceptance or note on freight bill,
"subject to inspection for concealed damage". Consignee is responsible for filing a claim
with the freight carrier for any and all damage or loss.


Returning Merchandise:
Returned merchandise must be returned prepaid and insured within 30 days after receipt. For our
acceptance, all returned merchandise shall be unused and in new condition. The customer will incur
a 15% restocking fee for the return of advertised products. Also, shipping and handling charges are not
refundable. Non-advertised quoted products are treated the same, except the restocking fee is 20%.
Customized and special order products may not be returned for refund.

Note: Do not return any merchandise until you contact us for an RMA number and return instructions.
Merchandise cannot be returned without prior authorization. Shipments not having prior approval
will be refused. The RMA number must appear on all cartons.
