Friday and 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Saturday. Support calls outside these hours are directed to live operators who will contact
support technicians as required.

Dialup & ISDN Numbers lists our current phone
numbers for our service. SMI has new dialup numbers for
all of our service area. Our service area has been greatly expanded as
well.
Domain Name Servers lists SMI's primary,
secondary and tertiary name resolution servers.
Anti-Virus
Solutions provides links to several noted anti-virus vendors.
E-mail
Management is the link to the mail server configuration system. Users
can manage their own mailbox parameters including forwarding and
auto-response messages.

overview of bandwidth consumption and modem usage.
