Testing the Number
Verify the
number is a local call by using a standard phone to dial the number. You should
hear a high pitched continuous tone if you reached the modems. Otherwise,
you may hear a message indicating you must dial a '1' before the number
which would be a long distance call creating charges on your phone bill.
Do not use the number if this is the case, but please send a message to support@corridor.net
telling us your phone number and that the number is not a local call. If
you need assistance please call Tech Support at 512-393-5300.

phone bill as a result of dialing our service. It is the responsibility of
the user to verify the access number is a local call and the configuration
of the dialup software is correct.
