DSL is highly dependent upon loop (phone line) length from telco central or remote office equipment. It will be available in most of the CenturyTel service area. This does not include areas serviced by Verizon/GTE or SWB.

It is important that we submit the order to the telco with the correct name and address for the specified phone number. This should be the name and installed location as recorded by the telco. If there is a question about this contact the telco for the correct information. Orders that do not match their records will be rejected before qualification. After a circuit order has been submitted, the telco will inform SMI of the results of the circuit qualification.
